We Pull from the three credit reporting agencies, and we use the middle score.

1. Total Household Income should be three (3) times the rent amount.

2. Credit Score Requirement: 640 and above

If Credit Score is less that 640, a co-signor with at least 640 credit score and a double deposit is required.
