*If Credit Score is less than 640, a
co-signer with at least 640 credit score and a double deposit is required.

There is no constraint on the properties we manage. A home, a condo, an apartment complex, we can manage these for you. No property is too far to manage either. With homes in Modesto and Manteca. Our management office serves the Bay Area and inland counties.
We deposit your checks. We take care of collecting rent for you, and depositing it directly into your account the same day it is received. We can also set up scheduled monthly deposits.
